It starts -20 with no problem and without plugging in. The tires in front have been changed to a larger tire and they are new. It has a new Butler scraper/plow which swivels 360 degrees(great for pushing or plowing snow). Also it comes with a new New Holland Cultivator(7 foot) and an old Ferguson furrow plow which is in great shape.
